Design Features

Where it gets interesting

Yellow poplar, from the tulip tree, is a common North American hardwood used as a base for bleached and dyed veneers. It ranges in color across sapwood and heartwood, is often used as a paint-grade material, and is valued for its versatility, taking glue and finishes well. Its light color makes it ideal for dyed veneer applications.
